Lying Figure

Wrapped in a cocoon of flesh, these lying figures closely resemble patients from the mental institution. These repulsive creatures walk in a crooked path and crawl along the floor, unable to move its arms in the melted flesh.

Mannequin

The mannequins are rather pitiable and slow. For legs as its arms as well, the mannequin's attack consists of a close range kick from its upper legs toward the upper body of its enemy.

Bubble Head Nurse

Bubble Head Nurse's intentions are not to heal your wounds. In fact, it's the complete opposite. These demonic ladies are usually found in the hospital and walk with a limp, broken neck. With a steel pipe as their weapon, the nurses attack at close range with a powerful blow. They are typically found in groups combining their attacks for one devestating blow.

Mandarin

Mandarins are always found beneath wire floor grates. They climb using their massive hands, for each hand contains a mouth that has a needle sharp tenticle in it. When an unsuspecting victim walks over the grate, the mandarins climb underneath him and jabs its tentacle right in the heel of his foot.

Flesh Lips

This deformed creature slowly slithers and crawls along the ceiling, grasping its victim's neck with its feet. The monster's own body is melted and distorted while being contained inside a wire-framed box. They only appear once but they come in a mass quantity. A melee weapon or handgun do not provide sufficient damage to these monsters, as only a shotgun or rifle do substantial damage.

Abstract Daddy

These creatures are rather slow but make up in strength. The doormen look like doors with flesh arms, legs, and a head protruding outward. Its attack is potentially deadly.

Giant Cockroach

A simple yet profound creature and close to the size on one's foot, these large insects usually mind their own business, but if you're unfortunate enough to step on one, they will lend you a immense bite in return.

Red Pyramid Thing

Pyramid Head's physical features consist of a human being's, with his warped gloves and his bulky boots. But what makes him so dreadful is his pyramid shaped helmet. His actions and ambitions bring chills to anyone's spine and the colossal knife he carries makes him surprisingly slow, but his attacks can be instant death upon first hit.
